Recent Projects

Developed a global sales development program for Dell around Resource Management and Driving the Virtual Team – based in Bracknell and Austin, Texas. Worked with the VP of Public Sector in the United Kingdom to roll the program out to key field and Management including the education sector. Developed and implemented the channel strategy for a start-up, including lead role in acquiring partners. Redirection of a European organization from commodity product to complex solution . Ran board level facilitation sessions and developed 3 tier program to train management and (600 people) in the new methodology. Developed and delivered business focused tutorials for the IBM/Cisco relationship in Europe. Cross-cultural change management program for the Asia Pac region of a global company. Developed the Key Executive Messages workshop, ensuring that all customer facing people understood the company’s end to final end proposition for the European arm of global company Commercial and technical due diligence for VCs acquiring part of a communications company. Leader/Mentor for the Academy, with the program bringing new non-industry and management people into a rapidly expanding scientific techniques company.
